In Lucca, La Dolce Vita Apartment is shaped by a balance between domestic warmth and contemporary elegance. Natural oak flows through the interiors, from the living area to the bedrooms, creating a continuous thread throughout the home, while marble-effect surfaces, burnished metal details and golden accents add depth and refinement.
At the heart of the home is a fluid and welcoming open-plan space, where the bespoke oak kitchen, central island and oval stoneware table define an environment designed for gathering and conviviality. A bookcase with mirrored gold details frames the back wall, reflecting the light and adding a subtle decorative presence.
In the sleeping area, upholstered headboards, wood panelling and cognac and anthracite tones create a more intimate atmosphere, complemented by circular wall lights and softly shaped lamps. The bathrooms continue the same exploration of materials, combining marble-effect finishes, white ceramics and burnished metal fittings.
The result is a warm, harmonious and contemporary home, where each space retains its own identity while remaining part of a cohesive design.

An abandoned villa is transformed into a bright and airy new-build home, where natural light takes centre stage. Set in Forte dei Marmi, just one kilometre from the sea, the villa is surrounded by greenery in a quiet residential area. Its façade, clad in smooth yet tactile travertine, combines with wood and soft, matt textiles to create an understated and welcoming atmosphere.
Inside, green tiles by Tessieri Lucca extend across walls and floors like a vein running through the house—a recurring thread that reappears in the upholstery and, room after room, reconnects the interiors with the lush vegetation of the surrounding garden.

The double-height living room opens onto the dining area, kitchen and outdoor spaces, beneath a timber ceiling inspired by the planking of a boat. The entire layout revolves around the patio and heated swimming pool, where indoors and outdoors come together naturally.
