Serena Villa - Lucca
Serena Villa - Lucca
The architecture of the villa nestles into the Lucca hills like an organic volume of pale stucco embracing the natural slope, its clean lines blending seamlessly with dry-stone walls and centuries-old olive trees. The transition between the landscape, dotted with slender pine trees, and the interiors is gentle and fluid, a permeable boundary that dissolves through expansive glass surfaces. Crossing the threshold feels like entering a volume filled with pure air and golden light.

The interior immediately reveals a warm and welcoming atmosphere, defined by bespoke furnishings that naturally follow the spatial layout, creating fluid and intimate pathways rather than rigid boundaries. In the generous living room, the sense of openness is interrupted only by a striking architectural centrepiece: a sculptural cylindrical fireplace rising like a visual anchor of warmth, visible from every angle.

Lighting is integrated into the architecture itself: recessed LED strips create unexpected depth beneath wall-mounted walnut cabinetry, while bubble-shaped and spiral ceiling lights sculpt the space above, transforming illumination from a purely functional element into a form of art. Distinct areas emerge naturally, from the dining space with its warm chromatic accents to a tactile kitchen where marble meets timber, continuing through to the bedrooms and bathrooms, where the purity of white marble and warm woods creates a quiet sense of harmony. It is a rediscovery of simplicity, where true luxury lies in the integrity of form and comfort.

In the heart of Capannori, a 400 sqm contemporary villa takes shape as a bespoke sensory journey. The building brings together energy efficiency and advanced home automation within a single living environment, where design, comfort and technology coexist in complete harmony.
Clean lines and tactile warmth come together through the dialogue between herringbone oak flooring and exposed stone. Large sliding glass doors dissolve the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, opening the living area onto the garden and swimming pool with integrated whirlpool.

Upstairs, the sleeping area features suites enhanced by bespoke geometric wall panelling and colour accents ranging from forest green to terracotta. The experience continues in the attic with a dedicated fitness area and on the lower-ground floor, where an inviting entertainment space and a spa with minipool and steam room complete the home.

Lighting acts as a connecting thread throughout the spaces, controlled by an advanced home automation system that shifts from bright daytime illumination to warm, diffused light and vibrant turquoise tones reflected in the mirrors of the wellness area. Through stone, wood and technology, the villa goes beyond the conventional idea of a home to become a continuous visual and tactile experience.

 Puccini Museum Bookshop
Puccini Museum Bookshop
Giacomo Puccini represents one of the strongest connections between Lucca and international culture. Born in the heart of the city in 1858, the composer brought the name of Lucca to some of the world’s most important theatres, leaving a legacy that remains an integral part of the city’s identity. His birthplace and the places that preserve his memory are therefore more than historical landmarks: they form a living heritage that continues to tell the story of the relationship between Puccini and his city.

The Puccini Museum bookshop project was conceived within this context. Inside the 18th-century Palazzo Mazzarosa, directly opposite the composer’s birthplace, we brought new life to a noble space that had remained unused for many years. The former passageway through which carriages once entered the palace’s inner courtyard has become a welcoming space for visitors and a natural extension of the museum experience.

Rather than competing with the building’s history, the project works through contrast. The vaults, stone flooring and proportions of the existing architecture remain protagonists, while the contemporary intervention is introduced through essential volumes, white surfaces and a few bold chromatic elements. A new space that belongs to the present while maintaining a strong connection with the memory of its setting.

RIFORNACCIO - LUCCA
RIFORNACCIO - LUCCA
In the heart of Lucca, Simone and Gianni begin the second chapter of their culinary journey with the opening of RiFornaccio. Conceived as a natural evolution of their first venue dedicated to bread and focaccia, this new concept expands its offering to accompany customers throughout the day: from freshly baked croissants in the morning to pizza in the evening, with flavourful Roman-style dishes for lunch and afternoon breaks.

The interior architecture has been carefully designed to combine functional versatility with a distinctive visual identity. The fluid, well-defined space revolves around an elegant wood and black marble counter, complemented by welcoming sage-green surfaces and white rectangular tiles. Overhead, a black ceiling visually unifies the interior while giving the space a strong and distinctive character.

The brand identity is expressed through an original graphic pattern inspired by the art of breadmaking, extending from the walls to the counter and transforming every corner into a distinctive and instantly recognisable element of the RiFornaccio experience.

Bloomè Nails Studio
Bloomè Nails Studio
Bloomè was born from the idea of blooming as a metaphor for self-care: a delicate, personal and everyday gesture through which we make time for ourselves and reconnect with our sense of wellbeing. The identity developed for the nail studio translates this concept into a contemporary, feminine and elegant visual language, communicating professionalism while maintaining a more intimate and welcoming dimension. Beauty, care, vitality and time for oneself become the core values of a brand conceived as a gentle pause within everyday life.

The colour palette supports this narrative through three soft, complementary tones. Deep green evokes the natural world, vegetation and the process of growth itself; pink introduces a delicate, feminine dimension, recalling flowers and the moment they begin to bloom; while cream conveys a sense of calm, warmth and lightness. Completing the identity is the Bodoni 72 typeface, characterised by its distinctive contrast between thick and thin strokes and its refined proportions. Its timeless elegance recalls the worlds of fashion and beauty, while the clean composition of the logotype gives it a contemporary character, creating a balance between femininity, personality and modernity.

Da Cecio Artigiano della Pizza
Da Cecio Artigiano della Pizza
At Da Cecio, everything begins with the ingredients and a respect for their natural timing. The pizza is the result of continuous research into dough, using sourdough starter and organic wholemeal and semi-wholemeal flours, slowly rested before being baked in a wood-fired oven. It is an essential approach in which technique never becomes artifice, but rather a way of enhancing ingredients, textures and flavours.

The same philosophy guides the selection of ingredients: seasonality, short supply chains, locally grown vegetables and particular attention to local producers, organic farming and businesses that share a sustainable approach. It is a way of interpreting pizza that remains deeply connected to the land, to simplicity and to the quality of authentic ingredients.

The visual identity translates these values into a soft, natural colour palette. Sage green, earthy shades, muted yellow and warm red sit alongside a neutral background and deep anthracite, creating a visual world that naturally evokes vegetable gardens, flour, grains and ingredients in their simplest form. Never bright or artificial, the colours have a slightly dusty, tactile quality that visually expresses the same sense of naturalness that defines the product.

CASALE PINONI
CASALE PINONI
Set in the Tuscan countryside, Casale Pinoni was conceived as a place where guests can rediscover an authentic connection with the land, far from a version of Tuscany shaped for tourism and closer to its genuine rhythms. Warm and welcoming, the farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and its own vegetable gardens, offering experiences rooted in local traditions and turning each stay into an opportunity to truly connect with the life of the area.
This idea also became the starting point for the visual identity. At its core is the concept of a vital flow: a series of free-flowing lines that meet and overlap, evoking the movement of nature, the changing seasons and the network of gestures, traditions and relationships that shape everyday life at the farmhouse. A circle symbolically captures a single moment within this movement, just as a stay at Casale Pinoni allows guests to become part, for a while, of the authentic rhythm of this land.
The synthesis of this fragment ultimately creates the shape of a nest: an intimate, embracing symbol that conveys the warmth, comfort and sense of shelter offered by the farmhouse. Through colour, the same symbol then transforms into a landscape of rolling hills at sunset. Nest and territory become a single image, expressing a place to inhabit, experience and feel as one’s own.
