The apartment unfolds as one large, fluid space, shaped by a continuous dialogue between the raw character of exposed concrete, the warmth of wood and the aged leather of the upholstered furnishings. At the heart of the living area, a long solid wood table with natural edges is paired with minimalist metal chairs, while a bar area finished in marble-effect stoneware and black slats creates a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

Beyond, the lounge invites relaxation with deep cognac-toned Chesterfield sofas, complemented by a wall-mounted shelving system in metal and light wood that discreetly incorporates a workspace. A striking mirrored volume plays with light and reflections, altering the perception of the space while concealing an intimate sleeping area within.

The kitchen continues the clean, understated aesthetic, alternating light matt cabinetry with white marble-effect stoneware surfaces. The same material language extends into the bathroom, where crisp white ceramic basins contrast with bold black wall-mounted fittings. The result is a distinctly urban interior, where each area retains its own function while contributing to a single, cohesive design identity.
The living area is defined by carefully balanced material contrasts: an exposed concrete backdrop, enhanced by black surface-mounted electrical conduits and black-and-white photography, sets the stage for the focal point of the space—an imposing solid wood table with an irregular, natural-edged top. It rests on a sculptural cast-iron base with an industrial character, featuring exposed gears and a vintage mechanical wheel. Lightweight metal mesh chairs surround the table, while a central vase of dried flowers is illuminated by two conical pendant lights suspended from a ceiling track. The bar area, finished in veined stoneware and black slats, completes the space with a backlit niche that highlights the bottles on display.

The lounge is centred around a cognac leather Chesterfield sofa and a shelving system in black metal and light wood. Among books, plants and handcrafted vases filled with dried hydrangeas, a vintage typewriter adds a distinctive touch. A workspace is seamlessly integrated into the shelving, paired with a dark fabric swivel chair with a chrome frame and illuminated by adjustable spotlights mounted on ceiling tracks.

At the centre of the room, a mirrored volume crowned by a linear LED light expands the perception of space while concealing integrated storage. The TV wall and neutral flooring complete an interior with a distinctly metropolitan character.
In the functional areas, the kitchen follows a clean, minimalist approach, partially screened from the living room by a discreet raised partition. The long white veined stoneware worktop seamlessly incorporates the induction hob and sink, illuminated from above by a slender suspended LED light. Matt cabinetry with black tubular handles contrasts with the warm wood backdrop, which conceals full-height storage and integrates a backlit built-in wine cooler.

The bathroom continues the same harmonious material language. A ceramic basin with softly rounded corners rests on a wall-mounted natural wood vanity, set against a marble-effect stoneware backdrop with black wall-mounted taps. Beyond, the walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead is framed by crisp black profiles. Fluidly shaped wall-hung sanitaryware, continuous neutral-toned flooring and a metal towel ladder complete the space with understated elegance.
